Cancellation conditions

Other family members would also like to spend a few pleasant days in our apartments, so we have the following cancellation conditions:

  • If you can't make your trip (which would be a real shame...), you can cancel free of charge up to 5 days before your planned arrival.
  • And if things get really bad and you have to cancel at even shorter notice, we will refund 50% of the total price.
  • If you do not turn up on the day of arrival and we are therefore unable to rent the apartment to another family member or you end your trip earlier, we unfortunately have to charge you 100% of the total price.
